Microsoft licensing and tenant tools, free to use.
We built these for our own engineers first: calculators that do the core and CAL math, plan comparisons at Microsoft’s list price, and a read-only tenant health scan. Use them as much as you like. If one turns up something you want fixed, we are here.
What’s in the toolbox
- Calculators live now21 of 23
- Project intake forms9
- Read-only tenant scanFree
- Prices shownMicrosoft list
Prices follow Microsoft’s published US list price for the current month. Every quote is checked by a person before it is final.
A free, read-only health scan of your Microsoft 365 tenant.
Grant read-only access and our engineers run a scan for paid-but-unused licenses, inactive accounts, security gaps and settings that have drifted from Microsoft’s baselines. You get a written report ranked by severity, with the cost of each fixable problem in dollars. It is a report, not a sales pitch.
- Read-only: nothing in your tenant is changed
- We never open mailbox or file contents
- Remove our access in one click from the Entra admin center
Request your scan
Tell us the tenant and what worries you most. We’ll email the consent link and book a 30-minute walkthrough of the report.
Run the numbers yourself.
Each tool shows its working, its prices and their date, so you can check the math or take it to a meeting.

The forms that start a project.
When work begins, these forms gather what our engineers need before a quote or a kickoff, so the first call is about your environment instead of data entry. Filling one in is free and changes nothing in your tenant. Questionnaires scope a fixed-price quote, intake forms collect what a purchased service needs, request forms are for clients we already manage, and the application is filled in once.
Before a project starts
New client application
Opens your account with us: company, contacts, Microsoft tenant basics and the first thing you want done. You fill it in once; every project after starts from it.
Microsoft 365 migration questionnaire
Where your mail and files live today, how much there is, and when you need to be done. Your answers turn into a fixed-price migration quote.
Goes with: Migration EstimatorOpen the form
Tenant-to-tenant migration questionnaire
For acquisitions, divestitures and consolidations: both tenants, what moves, which domains, and the cutover window. Scopes the migration and how the two sides coexist meanwhile.
Active Directory to Entra ID transition intake
Your domain controllers, sync setup, devices, Group Policy and the apps that still authenticate on-premises. What our engineers need before moving you to Microsoft Entra ID.
Intune and Autopilot setup intake
Devices, operating systems, who owns them, the apps to deploy and the policies you expect. Collected before Intune and Windows Autopilot setup starts.
Defender for Endpoint implementation questionnaire
Endpoints per platform, the antivirus you run now, the licensing you have and how you want incidents handled. Scopes the rollout and the hand-off to your team.
Message encryption setup intake
Who sends encrypted email, to whom, with which branding and rules. Collected before Microsoft Purview Message Encryption is configured.
Teams Phone setup and number porting request
Users, numbers to port, your current carrier, auto attendants and call queues. Starts Teams Phone setup and the port order.
For clients we already manage
New user provisioning request
For clients we already manage: the new person, their role, licenses, groups, mailbox and device. One request provisions the account, licensing and access together.
Ask your AI assistant. It can read this site.
Every tool page states its inputs, prices and assumptions in plain text, so Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or any assistant that can browse can use them. Assistants can start at /llms.txt, and every tool has a plain markdown version, such as /tools/windows-server-calculator.md. Copy a prompt below to start. A person on our team still confirms anything that involves money.
Get a straight plan recommendation
Read https://www.cloud2networks.com/tools/ and the Microsoft 365 pages on cloud2networks.com. Compare Microsoft 365 Business Premium with Microsoft 365 E3 for a US company of about 150 people: current monthly per-user list price, what E3 adds, and which you would pick and why. Cite the cloud2networks.com pages you used.
Size Windows Server licensing correctly
Use the Windows Server Licensing Calculator at https://www.cloud2networks.com/tools/windows-server-calculator/ for: 2 hosts, 2 CPUs with 16 cores each, up to 8 VMs per host, 60 users. Compare Windows Server 2025 Standard with Datacenter, tell me which costs less, and give me the calculator link with my numbers.
Turn your plan into a quote request
I need 25 x Microsoft 365 E3 and 150 x Microsoft 365 Business Basic on annual terms. Draft the text for the quote request form at https://www.cloud2networks.com/tools/forms/?f=quote (products, quantities, term and segment) so I can paste it in and a person at Cloud2Networks can confirm the price.
Missing a tool you’d use?
