Autonomous AI Agents

Autonomous AI agents that do real work in production

A chatbot answers questions. An agent gets work done: it reads, decides, acts across your systems and hands off to a person when judgment is needed. We design, secure and run AI agents on Microsoft’s platform, inside your tenant and under your rules.

What they are

Beyond automation: AI that acts

A chatbot answers questions. An agent completes work: it reads, decides, acts across your systems and hands off to a person when judgment is needed.

Multi-step decisions

Agents work through a task step by step, choosing the next action based on what they find.

Work across systems

One agent can read email, update the CRM, check the ERP and post to Teams in the same task.

Always on

Agents keep working nights and weekends and pick up new work the moment it arrives.

Where we deploy them

Agent use cases

We start with work that is frequent, follows recognizable patterns and touches several systems.

Support triage agent

Reads incoming requests, looks up the customer, drafts replies and routes the rest.

CRM upkeep agent

Keeps contacts, companies and opportunities complete and current from real activity.

Operations watch agent

Monitors systems and processes and raises an alert, or fixes the routine cases, when something drifts.

Governance and security

Agents secured like your people

As a Microsoft security firm, we build every agent with the same controls we put on your staff, so autonomy never means losing control.

Its own identity

Each agent has its own Entra ID identity with least-privilege access and Conditional Access.

Approvals and audit trail

You decide which actions need a person’s approval. Every step is logged for review.

Data protection

Purview sensitivity labels and data loss prevention rules apply to agents as they do to people.

How we deploy it

Every project follows the same four steps

  1. Discover. We map the workflow end to end: every manual step, system and handoff. You get a short list of where AI pays back first, before anything is built.
  2. Architect. We design the data flows, Microsoft 365 and Azure integrations, security model and the points where a person approves. You sign off before we build.
  3. Deploy. We build inside your tenant, run it side by side with the current process on real data, and switch over only when the output matches.
  4. Measure. We track the result against the baseline from Discover and tune it on real feedback until it runs at full effectiveness.
What a first project looks like

A first production agent

A typical first project picks one high-volume process with a clear rule for when a person must decide. We build the agent in Copilot Studio or Azure AI Foundry, give it its own Entra ID identity with only the access it needs, add approval steps and logging, and run it alongside your team before it takes over.

You get one agent doing real work safely, and a pattern to repeat for the next one.

The payoff

The operational payoff

  • Repetitive multi-step work is done around the clock.
  • Every action runs under a named identity with only the access it needs.
  • People approve the decisions that matter and review a full log of the rest.
  • Each new agent is faster to build because the security and monitoring are already in place.
FAQ

Common questions

What is an autonomous AI agent?

Software that uses an AI model to work toward a goal: it reads information, decides what to do next, takes actions in your systems and asks a person when it reaches a decision it is not allowed to make alone.

How is an agent different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions in a conversation. An agent completes tasks, often with no conversation at all, across several systems and steps.

Which processes can agents handle?

Work that is frequent, follows recognizable patterns and touches several systems: triage, data upkeep, reporting, monitoring, and follow-ups.

Do agents replace staff?

They replace tasks, not judgment. Teams typically move from doing the repetitive work to reviewing and handling the exceptions.

How do you keep agents secure?

Each agent gets its own Entra ID identity with least-privilege access, Conditional Access, data loss prevention rules and full audit logging, the same controls we apply to people.
