AI for Business Operations

AI for business operations that keeps running on its own

The expensive work in most businesses happens between systems: exporting, copying, reconciling and building the same report again. We automate that layer with AI and Microsoft Power Platform so your operations run continuously instead of in weekly batches.

Enterprise Experience. Proven Expertise.

Organizations our engineers have supported across healthcare, government, education, retail and small business.

Reporting

Reports that build themselves

Recurring reports are the most common drain on an operations team. We connect the source systems once, then the numbers refresh, get checked and arrive where people read them.

Automated reporting

Weekly and monthly reports build from live data and land in Teams or your inbox, ready to read.

Live Power BI dashboards

One current view of the business instead of a folder of spreadsheet versions.

Exception alerts

Unusual numbers, missed steps and stuck orders are flagged the moment they happen, not at month end.

Process automation

Workflows that move data between systems

The same information is typed into three places and the copies drift apart. We let it flow from the system where it starts to every system that needs it.

Cross-system workflows

Orders, approvals and updates move between your systems without anyone re-keying them.

Approvals in Teams

Requests route to the right approver with the context attached, and the decision is recorded.

Document processing

Invoices, forms and emails are read by AI and their data entered for you, with a person checking the exceptions.

Supply chain and sites

Operations that scale without more admin

Every new location or product line adds admin work. We automate the routine part so growth doesn’t mean hiring for data entry.

Inventory insight

Stock levels, supplier timing and demand signals in one view, with reorder suggestions.

Supplier follow-up

Late confirmations and shipments are chased automatically and escalated when they slip.

Multi-site consistency

One process and one view across every office, store or site.

How we deploy it

Every project follows the same four steps

  1. Discover. We map the workflow end to end: every manual step, system and handoff. You get a short list of where AI pays back first, before anything is built.
  2. Architect. We design the data flows, Microsoft 365 and Azure integrations, security model and the points where a person approves. You sign off before we build.
  3. Deploy. We build inside your tenant, run it side by side with the current process on real data, and switch over only when the output matches.
  4. Measure. We track the result against the baseline from Discover and tune it on real feedback until it runs at full effectiveness.
What a first project looks like

Automated weekly operations report

A typical first project replaces one recurring report that takes someone a day or more to build. We connect the source systems to Power BI through Power Automate and Azure, add checks that flag numbers outside normal ranges, and deliver the finished report to Teams on schedule. It runs alongside the manual version until both match.

The person who used to build the report gets that day back, and leaders see the numbers sooner.

The payoff

The operational payoff

  • Recurring reports arrive on time without anyone assembling them.
  • Data is entered once and flows to every system that needs it.
  • Problems are flagged while they are still cheap to fix.
  • The business can grow without admin headcount growing with it.
FAQ

Common questions

Which processes suit AI automation best?

Work that is frequent, rule-based and spread across several systems: recurring reports, order and invoice handling, reconciliations, approvals and status updates.

Can it connect our ERP, inventory and POS systems?

In most cases, yes. Power Automate has hundreds of standard connectors, and where none exists we use the system’s API or a secure scheduled export.

How is this different from the reports our ERP already has?

ERP reports show one system. This joins data across all of them, checks it for problems, and acts on it, such as raising an alert or starting a workflow, instead of waiting for someone to read a report.

How long does deployment take?

A first automation is usually live in four to eight weeks. Larger programs are delivered in stages so each piece pays back before the next starts.
